I bring 28+ years of actual organizational experience, combined with the courage to be vulnerable and the wisdom to know that great work happens when people feel seen, capable, and ready
What Makes Me Different
I know what works. I learned by doing and that gives me the benefit of knowing what works versus what "might work." I've worked in every corner of HR - from labor negotiations to workforce analytics to global learning programs. I also spent years alongside small business owners in insurance, recruiting, and retail. Big company structure meets small business hustle.
I tell the truth. I believe kindness is candor. I know what it's like to be championed. I also know what it's like to feel quieted, overlooked, unrecognized, to be moved around without input, to rebuild after everything falls apart. I use my story to help you write yours. I help leaders understand the impact of their choices.
